With a degree from Keio University’s Faculty of Law, our CEO brings a wealth of experience from prominent roles at Baycurrent Consulting and KPMG FAS to his leadership at BiT&Company.

Tomoki Shino
After earning his degree in Education from Yokohama National University, he honed his skills at Baycurrent Consulting and then brought his talents to BiT&Company. From his first year, he significantly enhanced client relationships and expanded project scopes, achieving sales in the hundreds of millions of Yen. Specializing in IT/DX and Business Consulting, he has successfully led projects in the Trading, Insurance, and Entertainment industries, driving substantial growth and innovation.

Tetsutaro Shinozaki
Following his graduation with an Economics degree from Tohoku University, he began his career at Accenture, honing his skills in Strategic Consulting. He later joined BiT&Company, where he now specializes in IT/DX and BPR Consulting, primarily working on projects within the Government and Human Resources industries. With four years of experience, he has become a key player in leading IT System Renewal projects in the Public Sector, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
